Do you offer international shipping?

All our products are available for shipping internationally via DHL and locally(including Dakar, Senegal via Fattfatt Delivery & Courier. 
Note that we do not deliver to post boxes.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, contact us immediately. 
If you need to make changes to the delivery address please contact us as soon as possible. We can change the shipping address prior to your package leaving our facility, but rerouting after shipment is not guaranteed.

Can I return or exchange my bag?

Items can only be returned for store credit or exchange. However, if there is a fault by JARGA, a return can be made. In order to return your item, you must request a return label. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of its arrival. If you have any inquiries regarding returns, we recommend contacting us before proceeding with shipment to ensure you are informed about international procedures. If you need to make a return, it must be done using the same delivery company that originally delivered your package to ensure it is received back at our facility in The Gambia. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the returned item(s). If you choose to use a different carrier for the return, any additional costs incurred, such as taxes, will be deducted from your refund. If you receive an item that does not match your order in terms of size or color, please contact us and we will assist you.
